FYI the screen shot was taken from the "My Bookings" section of the VA website ... hence the confusion. I'd have thought if the TA booked on separate airlines the QF flight would not show up on the VA site?

I have some flights booked for work (by travel company). My SYD-BNE segment looks a little strange.. I am told the entire booking was placed with Virgin, so I can only assume Virgin have shunted me over to a QF flight? I wonder if I'll earn VA points flying a QF segment :) Has anyone else...

Yep ..EY code for all flight segments (4 in total). If it was a VA code (ie, same flight, same seat, same $$$) then I wouldn't be in this position!!

Well I got an email reply saying VA have had to submit the request to Etihad for the points to be credited. Most of it was boilerplate text. I don't think I'll ever make the mistake of booking EY coded tickets again - this situation is just bull****.

By escalating do you mean following up with a phone call, or sending more emails? I suspect I'll need to follow up with a phone call at the very least..
