My recent Qantas Store experience using points to buy a QF digital voucher which comes with status points (recent promo) has been a nightmare. Points deducted immediately but voucher not processed. It took numerous calls & emails. Now I’ve got it, it’s not for the full amount ! Not very good...

Evening all, would you choose BA First to LHR or QF Business on the A380 ? I've travelled BA First before but not on the A380 - BA business is just not that comfortable with the weird forward and rear facing configurations compared to QF business. (Not much difference in price.)

Hello! Recently used Qantas premium economy QF63/QF64. I considered the cabin class a reasonable substitute for business. I managed to get quality sleep both ways. Quiet cabin and good wine. 36J, 36K provide extra room but can be a bit noisy as next to galley. No problems with 38K and J. Only...
