Pretty minor transaction, but possibly strategically suggesting they won't increase their stake. Best case imho would be for the now unaligned CZ to buy CAs stake (so China Inc still has its stake) and for CZ to join oneworld.

Definitely looks like a similar design. And while it may well be contracted out and not made in the RMW boot factory, in sure the contract is very specific about materials and sourcing.

Agreed.. and as you say it's not like non-Star carriers have much choice. Similar I guess to non-oneworld carriers in Australia

Also note that the final part of the new Singapore link, is the RTS Shuttle which will open in early 2027. It connects a new Bukit Chagar station and CIQ building (just north of JB Sentral) with Woodlands North (TE line transfer)...

Don't think it's been noted elsewhere but VH-OQC did a test flight LAX-LAX on 30/12. With QF7 upgrading to an A380 today this becomes a more important spare.
