Qantas cabin refresh for 42 Boeing 737s from 2027

Youngest - 2014. Oldest at a guess 2007. But we still don't know when the older 737s (from 2002) will be retired. VXH was recently repainted and VXJ is in TSV now - not suggesting either is leaving anytime soon.

    First Time MH Business flight

SYD QF Business is currently under renovation with a temp lounge near Gate 24 in operation. And they are operating with capacity restrictions. So I'd probably go to Plaza Premium, but equally don't expect much at breakfast, only so much room for hot dishes. At KL, MH operates two lounges on the...

Qantas swaps Upcoming Flight A330 for A321XLR

Id say it's more there is a perceived comfort from the size of the cabin and high ceilings (particularly if not Central bins). But most of us are actually sitting down for 99% of the flight so actual comfort is really from the hard product of the seat. Having flown SQs J cabin on the 737 Max8...

    Middle East Airspace Diversions/Cancellations

Getting say government approval for EK to base a bunch of flights at say SIN might be easy, but the hard stuff will be things like gate capacity, check-in staff, catering, maintenance.. that stuff just can't be turned on quickly at scale.

    Middle East Airspace Diversions/Cancellations

If it goes 2 weeks (and I also doubt it) you might be out of luck.. Not having multiple ME airlines flying is going to cause a massive dislocation of people across the globe. Airlines still flying will be booked solid for weeks.

So it's a 4G WiFi modem (expensive at $199) with some form of "unlimited" monthly plan via an eSIm wholesaler with some ad blocking. (Given the pricing of their 5GB and 10Gb plans I suspect you can guess the actual Tou limits.) https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.getryoko.com

Basic equipment (both air and sea) will have already arrived. Seems was only mule cars in Bahrain, so cancellation of wet testing won't impact the cars, but presumably some key staff and some equipment in Bahrain that need to get out Mon/Tue. Cars presumably coming from the factories, mostly UK.
