Qantas FF business is worth drug money, so I think they're pushing profit as hard as they can without loosing too many of their FF members. Once the value of the business is negatively affected, I guess they'll back off.

"It's all about creating a fairer, more simplified program......." When ever I see this I read between the lines as "please bend over" ;)
