When I first became a QFF Plat I booked a a JQ international flight from Mel to Syd travelling with my wife and was eagerly looking to my first First Lounge experience. While queuing at check in found out the flight was cancelled and was put a domestic flight. Very very disappointed.

Approx 3 years ago I underwent back surgery which took nearly 12 months to recover from. I asked my doctor to provide a letter saying that I could not travel due to this and then forwarded this letter and a request to put my Platinum status on hold till I recovered - Qantas acceded to my request.

I booked with them late last year for travel to Europe in April this year. First time I have used a TA in many years. They were very good to deal with.

Currently a Platinum and my Elite Status Expiration Date is 31 Dec 2018. When I renewed my Elite Status Expiration Date changed to 31 Dec 2019 and my card now shows Platinum Ambassador expiring Dec-2018. Did not qualify for Platinum this year or last.

Had this card less than a month and already rec'd the 75K bonus points.

Just got this card. As I am an existing Westpac client I went for the 50k bonus points with no annual fee and $2500 spend. Also asked for the minimum credit limit and got $5000 which is strange because it states that the minimum credit limit is $15000.

I booked F on EK KUL - MEL. On QF said I was not eligible for CD but I could book on the EK site. I thought that this might have been because CD is not available in KUL, only available upon arrival in MEL.

Got my Signature card in early September, spent the required amount and 70K FFP appeared in my Qantas account early October.

Stayed at the Fantail Mill in April this year, halfway between Russell and the ferry. Only 4 units, hosts very welcoming and not that expensive.

Both myself and my wife were upgraded from J to F MEL - AKL flying Emirates on a Qantas ticketed flight back in April. Was tempted to have a shower but took photos instead.

I have just been comped WP due to unable to fly for medical reasons. My year ended July and I only earned 510 sc. Very happy with Qantas at the moment.

My 50k points are due in a couple of weeks. Was told that government and gambling spends on the card do not count towards the $3k and when I checked last month my local council rates that I paid with this card was not included in the $3k.
