With everything shutting, she's flying back tonight CHL-LAX-BNE. The UA option would have been CHL-IAH-SFO-SYD-BNE. We were looking at the DXB option via JFK - I am glad she decided against it as she would have be stranded with no flights after Wednesday.

I am glad, as we made the last minute decision to fly back the other way now form the US.

Many thanks for this - may look at the SFO-SYD with UA as she has a UA credit now since all the internal flights have been cancelled. Hopefully will still be there till end of March.

No - not the SIN flight - DXB-BNE is no longer able to be booked from this morning which was there yesterday. I can still find flight to Sydney and Melbourne from 2/4 - that's when the DXB ban for residents are supposed to end but no BNE flight.

Does anyone know - as of today (I know we can't predict the future); any airlines still flying to Australia after 26/3? I can see I can still book Emirates and AA (even though LAX-SYD is supposed to be suspended till May) - my partner is in the US at the moment and she can't really come back...

Looks like Emirates has suspended BNE services - but SYD and MEL are still going. Does anyone think those services will be suspended as well?

None recently. The last time I receive anything directly from Cent was probably five years ago. If anything, their service is getting worse and worse. Langton's on the other hand has always been fantastic and manage to get me hard to get things.

I never have problems at the bar. In fact, I never have point issues at Melbourne, but recently I have lots of issues with Brisbane and Darling Harbour where only my restaurant and bar spent are recorded and not my room charges.

Okay - figure it out. There's no Business Award on the return trip - and hence it doesn't show the BNE-LAX. Does anyone know any issues holding a one way ticket to the US?
