Row 1 on the Dashs is, in my experience, only opened up when loads are super high. I also haven't seen it available since pre-COVID. Perhaps something around the forward facing crew seat....

Flew SYD to AKL a month ago. Express Path only available to J passengers. Luckily it was the horrendous evening flight so the line wasn't too bad.
