I'm guessing it's against eBay and PayPal policy for a person to hold more than one account. Suppose the other account belonged to a family member at the same address - would I still be in violation of eBay and/or PayPal policy?

I'm planning to join QP as a partner; the primary member is SG soon to be downgraded to PS next month, but is going to pay the $405 renewal. Will my renewal date be the same as the primary member or will it be 1 year from when I join? Thanks.
