The only logical response to this is dual landing strips floating off Sydney's coast with rapid transport to the existing infrastructure. No noise issues, no land issues and can be incorporated into existing infrastructure.

I don't know about the seats but those dreadful entertainment bricks they hand out are aweful. The weight alone makes me think someone in Qantas (Jet*) got a very good kick back for approving them for in flight entertainment.
