Thanks for the input. One of my objection as stated in my original letter was the fact that it takes the same amount of F/F points to go Jetstar Starclass as it does to go Qantas Business Class. What a ripoff!!! I also have been trying since November 08 or a November 09 flight. Our problem...

Yes I am aware of that but at least the seats are better and certainly the food, service and general configeration is far superior with Qantas. I have picked this up through reading other reviews. Could you perhaps suggest another airline that I could try as I have plenty of points in Amex...
