If they are 2 separate tickets then Austria to Greece is not a flight to Australia and therefore no DPD required. Greece to Australia (via SIN) would require a DPD Assuming Greece to Australia is return and you intend staying in Australia until you return to Greece then no you aren't visiting...

First Lounge Concourse C was open when I was there 3 weeks ago travelling to FRA. I thought it was closed and went to Business Lounge but was redirected when I showed my boarding pass (QF WP on codeshare travelling Y)
