If they were abusive/threatening or assaulted anyone - you can be absolutely sure that the AFP would have taken it further, and laid charges. It would then be up to the DPP and the courts to take the medical episode as mitigating circumstances.

If you don't have a copy, AFCA should be able to request these from NIB - I would suggest it would be unreasonable for a "reasonable person" to have to take screenshots/keep copies of this information (different to a PDS).

I can tell you from first hand experience that the Aspire lounge is pretty dire in terms of food and beverage offerings. Space is also very limited, particularly prior to the CX service.

Related - I signed up for this CC just before the Aeroplan expired. In order to do so, I had to create an Aeroplan account. I've since tried to log in, and it says "Your Aeroplan account has been deactivated". Other than calling the number, any suggestions?
