We are on QF 12 from JFK to LAX and have an older than 50 crew looking after us. Give me an older crew any day as I am over anyone born since the 1980’s as they have no idea about customer service, onto flight mode now.

We are in HNL at the moment, 3rd year in a row, and love Waikiki with its many dining options and of course the mandatory shopping for SWMBO. Quick check in at 19:15 straight through security seats 1 J & K and went to CX lounge......no food so off the the KLM A/F lounge.

Our flight leaves in 28 hours and I called the local 1800 number and spoke to the lovely Sarah on HBA who let us know that we do have 14 JK allocated, boy is my Pino Grigio tasting a lot better now. Thanks for your help and a thank you to AFF for the knowledge to attain WP status.
