That's my worry - they've already said they are discontinuing complimentary travel insurance and car rental cover from next May, so I'll be changing cards - their cover was pretty good and a big saving on insurance.

Sadly, probably true. We travelled Business with them last year, from Australia to Europe at app $6100 and were blown away by the service and comfort. I'll be using my One World miles with them instead of Qantas in future.

I totally agree - the worst culprits are cruise ships, as you are a captive audience. I strongly object to paying a high price for a cruise, then having to wash the undies in the shower! And as for ironing!!!!!!!!! They recommend a dress code, but offer no way to comply unless you stick...

Captive audience - they can then charge high prices for their laundry service - and do.

Agree with all of the above! Comfy seating, showers, decent food and barista coffee. Power points at seat and efficient internet. And no mobile phones on speaker!
