Paradores are fabulous! We’ve stayed at 7-8 of them in various places. Santiago de Compostela, Leon, Toledo are excellent as are many others. The parador restaurants are wonderful, excellent food at economical prices. https://paradores.es/en Join up and they have multi-parador stays at discounts.

Australia Day special. Cork fell apart but colour good and smells ok. We sha see in an hr or so with the lamb chops and grass fed rib fillets Had to use screwpull then an AhSo then push cork in and filter.
