All good, just warming up the contrail system and injecting the "buy stupid amounts of fuel" mind altering substances.

...couple more. This bonsai pine has been going since 1981. Not old by bonsai standards but really cool to see. ...and a visitor to the back yard while we were having a wine or three, one of the locals having a play and sing under the sprinkler.

Beautiful autumn day in CBR, quick trip to the arboretum. Bonsai's are really cool but seeing this was awesome.

    A bit of humour

Teacher pegged a duster at me in yes, Year 9! Caught it (played baseball at the time) and kindly returned the favour. No one was hurt, was a bit of a laugh on the end. "Nice catch, nice throw", loved the early 80's.

    Please don’t be this guy

Absolutely. The cabin crew's first and foremost job is to save those sh*tty passengers sorry cough in an emergency so they can keep being obnoxious wherever they go. In the meantime, they also serve a mediocre meal and drinks.

Coogee Bay yesterday, fantastic summer's day that started with a quick dip at the SLC baths (ocean swim - zero chance of that happening) followed by breakfast and a mooch around the bay. Out for a walk, was surprisingly quiet but the day hadn't really kicked off...

Coogee Legions Club last night, the very first live performance by All Get Out. Great set, mostly 80's and 90's stuff - playing to the audience given the average age in the bar.

Last minute road trip to Coogee for the long weekend. Usually stop in Mittagong for lunch, this time we tried the Mitta Razzle. In short, great lunch, well worth the short detour. In the foyer there's a fantastic display of service medals from the locals who've served.

Last night's office, the Nuts backyard. Could finally sit outside for a couple of quiet ones without feeling like you're sitting in a fan forced oven. The sunset was pretty spectacular hitting the ghost gums and trees but we knew it's the bushfires provides the effects. Mrs Nut mentioned that...

Nice spot Robertson Quay, not as busy as Clark Quay but has a good range of dining options. We stayed near by at the Park Ave Clemenceau which was very handy to both.

Qantas Business Class meals & menus

...and QF 7, October 2023. No menu, just pics. The Aperitivo that's not even an entre: Arancini ball and a beer 🙂 Had the champers and nuts on arrival. A real entre: chicken satay and a cauliflower stir fry thingy. From memory was tasty and a good portion. Looks like things are going...

...and to complete the overnighter in Glenrowan, how could you not do a visit to Kellyland: Animatronic Theatre Museum. Cheesy yes but entertaining and informative. Thoroughly enjoyed. While in the region, we also stopped at Morrisons of Glenrowan. This is an old style tasting room where you talk to the owner/wine maker. There are plenty of reds to choose from but as the driver, was limited to selecting a glass of the Premium Reserve that very tasty. A bottle of the Reserve...
