At the front I don’t notice so much either. But honestly I like a little engine noise… I find the 787 A380 A350 too quiet! I hate hearing peoples phones beeping all flight, morons who watch videos on their phone without headphones etc…. A bit of engine background noise is very welcome!

Not Virgin but have done so on both QF and JQ (young kids…. Such fun!) Both QF and JQ bookings were on cheapie fares, but didn’t request a refund -> into flight credit on both. Wasn’t charged any cancelation fees from either on provision of the med cert saying we couldn’t fly. Perhaps just try…...

Got brought a Koko Black chocolate bar down (I was in Y) unprompted this morning on Syd-Mel with a cheery Merry Xmas from the CSM. Nice touch! Flying with the fam at Christmas I wonder if they will be doing the Joey stuffies again for the kids!
