Recently stayed at the London Andaz and the Amsterdam Andaz. Chalk and Cheese. London room was not functional, diamond (GPP) recognition was very poor as was the room. Staff not helpful and check-in process is still dysfunctional. Unlikely to stay here again unless I needed the location...

Good luck getting anything off VA - after a flight cancellation mid trip - it took me 2.5 months, 6 calls and many emails to finally get a letter - and that as a Platinum Member, and with emails to the Office of the CEO !

PER is getting pretty close second to the bottom then - bland, out of a big tin food -machines are often broken or dirty. Makes you realise how much they appreciate their Perth FFs.... Last time I was there at 1130am it was full of rowdy (and getting rather tanked) foul-mouthed individuals...
