Unfortunately no. Yes, actually the same for me. My SCs should have been zero given my 28/2/2025 expiry. Also, when I looked closer my total points reported was about 25K less than what they were on 28/2/2024. As at 3/3/2025 the balance should have been even higher.

In my experience the voucher portal does not match sale fares (at least in J). Provided you get a competent agent, you can call & explain that the fares don't match. The agent should be able to book the sale fare you see and waive the booking charge.
