SYD-MEL came through, 3500pts $125 on a Red eDeal ticket. Was thinking of offering the minimum and may have got it as right now at T-20 the cabin looks half empty.

Was there in January before a BA flight to Europe. Really great lounge, good food in the restaurant and some lovely staff. Popped into the BA lounge just before my flight and glad I didn't waste too much time there.

re: Discussion/Q&A on Best QF Status Run Options I don't see a difference between the two. LAS-CLT I would define as West Coast USA to East Coast USA. If in First the table says 150 SC's. The calculator also shows 150 SC's for LAS-CLT city pair (with AA as the carrier).

re: Discussion/Q&A on Best QF Status Run Options I think they would change all existing bookings over to the new codes - no reason not to. I wonder though if you could claim ORC through QF based on the original booking codes - provided you have the eTicket/itinerary that has those codes.

I don't think you can, unless there is a TA trick of linking the PNRs and then calculating taxes and fees as if one ticket.

What's the noise level like on the newer models? I've got a DC23 (about 6 years old) and have to say it has gotten quite noisy - particularly the turbo brush.
