Just check and book the day prior to travel. Long time QF staff travel user here, albeit not much so these days but still have access to it. Even when we were using it to travel to LAX or LHR ex BNE, we just book the day prior, at least then you can see what loads are like and make a better...

From my understanding there is no set time. We’ve used AA points an over 15 years - AU to EUR and the US, others may have more knowledge.

Nope - contact centre staff can’t assist by the looks of it - only airport staff. See highlighted in screenshot.

I’d be changing the LHR OSL booking as per screen shot below. As you’ll see, there IS an exception when it is two PNR’s with one being award and the other being paid, but I still wouldn’t trust the airport staff to do it.

Perhaps put in what flights/dates airports they are and we can have a look.
