Have you added your QFF # to the JQ booking? I also have a starter fare itinerary booked where I managed to add my number with the JQ web assistant and am holding out hope that it will count towards my 4 flights. JQ make it difficult to add your QFF # to bookings which won't earn points or SCs...

From August, CBR-NAN-LAX is currently $889AUD Return in Y, 2-3h transit. Google Travel Flew SYD-NAN-LAX return previously and it wasn't awful, except transit at NAN.
