I was told that it was a b@llache to get to. Especially with luggage. Mainly for end of trip facilities for airport staff who ride/run into work.

Landing in T3. T2 has always been ordinary but hopefully it gets better with the T2 refurb. Might have a spare priority pass to use or look like Changi lounge in Jewel is an option.

Plenty of road trip options. I presume you are jumping between places to stay. Tablelands, Joesphine Falls, Kuranda and Palm Cove are all highlights if you have a care. You can drive to the Daintree river in a hire car but most don't allow you to cross and drive he unsealed road to Cooktown.
