I have 2 Free nights credit expiring end of Aug but had to cancel a booking mid-Aug due to the extended Sydney lockdown. Another booked 28/8 but also looks unlikely to proceed. Also keen to know if anyone has any favourable experience under similar circumstances 🙏

Cancellable booking is the key. I have had my Travel Credits "reinstated" this way on several (unfortunate) occasions
