Woolworths don’t usually run a gift card offer over Christmas. Their 17 Dec catalogue runs for two weeks instead of one.

Strangely, this offer actually starts on Thursday (25 Dec) rather than Wednesday as is usually the case. However, since Coles close all their stores for Christmas Day you won't actually be able to buy them until Friday (26 Dec). I believe there'll be one before the end of the year.

Did you activate the offer and spend a minimum of $150? You'll never earn any points on gift cards at Woolworths unless they specifically include them.
