I agree. Dump the Jetstar PER-SIN which is now just a token frequency and run double daily XLR Lie Flats. The low cost traffic on SIN routes will simply stick with Scoot. Jetstar need to concede defeat in Singapore and put its resources elsewhere. DPS-SIN is the only route they should hold.

I would expect a more detailed complaint like this to go through to Cabin Crew Management and the said person subject to a chat etc. No idea how the Management structure works with cabin crew, I assume each major base has a Management structure that people report to?
