I have just spoken to QFF Premium desk and yes you do need to request upgrade again so they can enter new status and then back date request to original request date! I have just made platinum and had a made a request for upgrade as a gold, so only now will it be processed as a platinum...good to...

Finally got my 4 double SC's posted...took 4 phone calls to customer service...bumped me up to platinum!

Have already called the QFF Call centre to no avail.....said there not sure what they can do except wait a little longer!
