They normally sit F/P1/CL in the very back section of the dining area on the left hand side (same side as the showers). But again it’s variable whether anyone notices you on arrival. Sometimes have been escorted from the front desk and other times no escort. Sounds like you have had the latter.

No because this isn’t a thing and was a total error/ miscommunication by the F lounge staff IMHO. F is afforded privileges that are above OWE in most QF Int Lounges and that is extended to CL/P1 even if they are not in F.

Yep. Or alternatively go to the roped off area and show the staff your BP. I have done this in the past when there was no F host and the desk was super busy.

Yeh it was pretty decent. This was DOH-JFK. My other sectors recently also good. I have heard multiple reports from others of loud WiFi calls / FaceTime on speaker on some flights but I didn’t experience that at all, fortunately.

I can’t see this reported anywhere but there is currently a 38 hour delay for QF4 JFK-SYD 22nd June. Aircraft rego VH-ZNJ engineering / technical issue. Scheduled to depart 10:00 local on 24th June.
