As I'm sure most of you know, points expire after 18 months without activity and my last 20 points are due to expire on 1/6. In the past I would have made sure I stayed at one of their properties to keep my points alive but I have decided to let these last 20 expire as I still can't see any...

I agree and this has been going on for at least 50 years; I can remember having similar discussions when I first started work. While there are some businesses that look after their existing customers, it appears there are far more willing to spend millions trying to win back customers they lost...

You could certainly read it that way but the T&Cs in the catalogue are somewhat different (no mention of "a limit of 10 cards per day per reward member"). Anyhow, I scanned 5 "GIFT" cards at the self-check out and it only came up as 4,000 points (not 10,000). I queried it with the 18YO...

A question for those who have paid the carbon offset on a pre-existing booking. Assuming the leaf eventually appears, is the effective date the day the offset was paid for or the day it actually posts to your account?
