If your'e really in to hot towels, try Thai Airways. We (in J) had hot towels with our drink when first seated, prior to each meal, a hot towel on the food tray, and another once all had been cleared away. They also walked the aisles regularly offering them.

Your'e right, that is almost as bad as the glitch itself....

I always go to the short term parking area, which is roughly in the middle of the terminal, and you have free entry for 10 minutes to drop off a passenger with no hassle. You pick up a card from a machine at the entry, where your car plate is recorded, and then use the same card on exiting.
