Sounds more like the Japanese person has setup the account with the incorrect email address. Probably missing a single letter/digit.

So that's 16 of the 38 older (no Seatback IFE aircraft). At this rate will they just complete all 75 737s, before going back to the newer ones from 2027 for the new interior refurbs including new seats without seatback screens.
