Not correct lately, for example two flights out of Adelaide in the last week were on A350's with the reverse herringbone layout and not Qsuites. My March flight out of Adelaide is not showing as QSuites at this stage, even though it was when I booked it. QR website is also not advertising...

I've got the Carry On Light and I'm happy with it, yeah it's a bit expensive at the $200ish they charge but the 1.8kg weight is handy if you need to fly with carry on only, especially on a budget carrier.
