I used to do this when paying Uni Fees (back in the day when cards were accepted without surcharge) and would pre-load +5/10k as necessary onto my CBA card and never had an issue. Points were also credited without any complaint. but as stated above YMMV

I booked myself SIN-KUL-SIN (Connecting to MEL otherwise) on 3K (But QF Flight number) and like you was assigned 16C, but was provided with a sandwich and water on both legs of that journey. I was surprised and wasn't expecting this. Baggage allowance was the same as you otherwise.

My AA Domestic First Flights for July 2017 were previously booked into P have now been relabeled as Business (I) on Qantas MMB. This is a bit disappointing as it means a fair cut in SC's. Any idea how QF whether QF will honour original booked SC's prior to this change?

In my experience with this card, the Bonus points posted on the 3rd month/cycle after the card was opened. I hit the qualifying spend in the first two weeks of having the card, but I found HSBC took their maximum time to transfer the points (unlike say AMEX) as always YMMV

It is probably just a glitch as you say. Searching SYD-AKL in 2017 in F returns an error message, however MEL-AKL and BNE-AKL in F are showing up without issue.

I applied for this earlier this year, and satisfied the spend criteria about 5 weeks into receiving the card. HSBC only credited the bonus points at the end of the 3 month qualification period.

does anyone know if the AMEX DJ's card's get different statement credit offers? I have a CBA Diamond Amex and used to have an AMEX Qantas Premium and the CBA/Qantas card would get the same suite of offers, but the David Jones card seems to live in its own world of offers.
