Yes Outbound, PER-SIN was booked with points when doing the booking. No need for air quotes lol, but agreed with you she doesn't know and lesson learnt to book return always, not one way tickets. Got an answer. Call made to QF today. As Outbound booked via Points and Inbound booked with cash...

Citi Premier Sign-Up Bonus Offers & Discussion

I should have done my research better but swear I did read it somewhere! I've got the Citi Premier free for life from many years ago. I applied for this Citi card in early December and got it. I've made the minimum spend already just waiting for the month to finish to generate the statement. I...

Have to ticket bookings Qatar and MAS. Can they send luggage through to final destination.

Hi All, thanks MEL_Traveller for answering the question. I think you have given me exactly the answer I needed. And you made the correct assumption on the return. Basically: Perth to KL (MAS), KL to Spain (QF) - Should be good to go based on the article. Spain to KL (QF), and KL to Perth (MAS)...

Yes I had opportunity to get CX Asia miles using my Citi, but when I searched I saw nothing at the time. Interestingly today checked QF lots of flights loaded from CX for classic rewards.

Beginner; would like advice on maximising Frequent Flyer benefits for family trip to Singapore

I was like you and where this was majority of the case. There was however pockets that did appear for me. I did managed to get 2 pax HND SIN PER on 30/12/24. OP something to consider, the amount of points PER to SIN is the same as PER to HK via SIN.

FINALLY! - Citi launching Citi Prestige with Visa Infinite

It's confusing because of the statement I pasted "reserve the right to continue, withdraw or change the offer at any time without notice." I disagree, most promotional offers tend to have a hard stop as to when a promo is active. Not one with an on going and vague t&C. Tbh I'd rather Citi not...

FINALLY! - Citi launching Citi Prestige with Visa Infinite

The current promotion states it ends 31/01/2023. But has this clause in the end. This offer is valid until 31 January 2023. Post this advertised date; we reserve the right to continue, withdraw or change the offer at any time without notice. I've read ok ozb people have said that chat...

All redemption flights out of Perth waitlisted

True but I booked last year in April for Japan in Dec-22 and got 2 seats easily. Just came back actually. 1674315509 We are looking 355 days in advanced which used to be the best case for redemption bookings.

All redemption flights out of Perth waitlisted

Not sure tbh. For me each time I travel in December, I always book 2 single bookings. Never once called to add to the outgoing as was quicker to just book 2 separate.

All redemption flights out of Perth waitlisted

Thats interesting insight on other airlines as well. Guess the good times of booking SQ during christmas is over ;( Note however (for me anyway) its the PER to SIN thats the problem. SIN on wards however there are bookings available for the month of December.
