The new Y seats are totally different to the current Y seats, which is what Tiger had on 737's because they were VA aircraft transferred to Tiger.

A new cabin divider will be fitted to the Max’s and ex-MI planes and eventually retrofitted to the other aircraft.

Exit row armrests aren't fixed on VA 737's (not sure about the ex-MI/KL ones though). More legroom in exit rows but like being closer to the front in 4/5. My issue is that sometimes I need a belt extender and for some reason they aren't allowed in exit rows. I learnt that the hard way after...

Called again this morning to try again. Told that because I booked with QFF points the QF status is the primary one and can’t be removed, so adding my QR Gold status does nothing. Will see if something can be done at check-in.
