Cathay Pacific has announced in the press conference minutes ago that there will be complete suspension of operation from HKG from 6pm Hong Kong time tomorrow (23/9). Whilst HKG airport will remain open, it is unlikely planes will be departing and arriving until 25th September.

Qantas will supsend HKG services mid week this week due to airport closure from Typhoon. Please contact Qantas for rescheduling. I actually wonder why the rescheduling period does no include 23rd and 24th? Have they been cancelled?

I am disappointed that Jakarta and Denpasar are not added as the codeshare destination with Qantas. Honestly, it would have been much more appealing to fly Qantas Business to Denpasar and then codeshare with MH to KUL to maximise status credits.
