I'd think FAs usually have the opposite problem - DYKWIAs declaring "I'm lifetime triple-studded diamond top tier, I spend eleventy zillion on your airline....."

That appears dodgy, possibly illegal. If so, I also encourage reporting - I'd do the same if I came across it myself. Their response sounds like a copout and trying to wash their hands of it. It's their website, they're taking your money and they're making the profit.

Didn't bother entering as 1) I've never had any luck with 'tell us in 25 words' competitions and not feeling lucky and 2) I'm MEL based so it's going in the wrong direction for me. (I can't tie it in with a status run!)

In my recent QF flights they've made and repeated the announcements to keep power banks out of the overhead lockers and within easy reach. I probably have to agree with jb747, a blanket ban seems inevitable.
