It was rescinded. All bonus SC in 2025 did count to P1.

None of the others you mentioned ever counted for P1 but since Covid the 50SC did. They have previously announced the end to this in other years. Perhaps this is finally ending. Still counts towards LTP though so I will continue to select it.

P1 is the only tier that can have a manual request via the route controller if the computer says no. Can request if D class available, Platinum can only do so if I class. Also agree with @Andy72 with points upgrades. Top of the pile for that.

After hours you get routed as a P1 to one of the OS call centres. Usually NZ or SA. In fact when it’s busy during office hours you might get routed to one of those IME. So if pushing to get to P1 for the call centre then I wouldn’t bother. For me the biggest benefit of P1 is access to award...
