Australian bank statements ?

That would fit ! They asked for bank statements, payslips, or W2 &or Form 1099. As I’m a contractor I don’t have payslips as such; I’ve uploaded my ATO NoA, but wonder if I should change it to bank statements. I don’t think anyone has looked at it yet due to the weekend

I fear I have the same problem. My ITIN came back missing the apostrophe in my surname (despite the certified passport and my application form including it correctly) I don’t know how messy this will make things going forward

They say you need to file a return every 3y to keep it valid - so if they’re not sending you a notice of assessment etc, what happens then ?

If you read the notes for the W7 form, it says it needs to be certified by: - issuing authority (hence our passport office) - a US embassy/consulate (but they will only do it via mail, and I didn't want to mail my passport around)
