But it appears everyone eligible for lounge access on CX any flight gets access to The House anyway, by virtue of the points above that statement (Business Class, First Class, Sapphire and Emerald). Hence the second part of the sentence seems redundant?

The wording of the second part is open to mis-interpretation. "... and all passengers traveling on CX178" seems to imply all passengers on that flight will have access. I think they mean all eligible passengers. Though all eligible passengers would have access regardless of the flight number?

Was directed to the extime lounge when I flew BA out of CDG. Not terrible for a contract lounge, decent food and alcohol and not too crowded. Likely because they don't accept Priority Pass.
