The first year makes sense. You may not achieve the second level and that was Mrs R's experience to get both. I think she might have received the $50 version at the end of the next year when she didn't qualify at the higher level, but emphasis on I think.

It should be 10000 only from my experience (I have never noticed anything different). The offer was 20x points so the bonus is 19x.

Are you querying the points awarded or just how it shows up in the Flybuys app? If the app, I agree the app has always shown bonus points separately. All my past transactions will show points at 1:1 against the spend and bonuses separately. My last such bonus was only 4 days ago

Is this normal? I spent $114 today after my 10% discount (for WW mobile) but still received 1000 points for spending $120 (no other shops this week).

You may need to be a higher spender. I get them a bit but this last one was something like 4×$140 for 10k or 4x$190 for 20k. Another account only offered 4x$50 for 10k.

Me too. It doesn't show on the activity yet, but they definitely came through.
