I did this route last September and wasn't told of any luggage restrictions. It was a long flight but flying in business took the edge off it.

I agree that's more the reality. One call I made (and I called 4 times today) the guy said there was I seats available on one flight but still came back denied. I think that was NZ. 2 calls went OS and both stated no seats available for request - no chance of even asking. Last call was...

There was a theory on here that your current and future travel determines your success rate. If thats true I’m equal to NB as I have 1 flight booked this membership year.
