Samsonite Warranty Delays

Hi,
Is anyone else experiencing problems with Samsonite warranty of late?
I had to put my usual business bag (Samsonite briefcase-type thing) in for warranty with The Luggage Professionals in Crows Nest back in July.
Still waiting on them to provide a replacement or repair. Meanwhile I am wearing out my usual travel backpack by using it every day for work.
While I'm on it, the guys at The Luggage Professionals have been anything but - never return calls or call back when they say, and I keep getting the same platitudinous responses when I ring "It's been approved for replacement but we haven't received it yet.". the bag isn't worth much so I've now relegated this process to "hobby" status as I pursue them,
I used to love both Samsonite and TLP but I doubt I'll go back there now.
Anyone else experiencing similar, or have recommendations of where else I could go when I replace my luggage next?

I usually purchase my luggage from eBay... cheaper and plenty of options. They also have dimensions listed so you can get an idea of how much capacity it has etc.

If TLP does not 'play ball'... i wonder if its worth sending a registered letter saying you need your bag replaced or refund issued asap under the Australian Consumer Laws? May get the attention of someone senior enough to get things moving.
