The choice of lounge depends on what you might want whilst there. The ambassador lounge I normally use for a shower but some drinks you have to pay for. SATS and DNATA I got to less often but seemed crowded when I was last in either. Haven Lounge means exiting the transit area which is easy...

I know OP's question was regarding J but the 777 Y offering does seem to have gone down from the 330, the IFE screen resolution and selection is not as good. Leg space does seem better expect for the IFE box on aisle seats..... Hopefully Y in the A350 is a step up....
