    Credit where credit is due. Oman Air came to the party and rerouted me via BKK at no extra cost so I could avoid the 737-8. Outstanding customer service from them, sorted out with one email.

    From KUL-MCT and other direction they have downgraded from 787 Lie Flat Business to 737-8 Recliner seat. For a 7hr+ flight. Less than happy.

    Have been looking for some time to book J seats SIN-BCN mid August on EK/QR or whomever. All that comes up is circuitous routes via HKG on CX or via CMB on UR or even NRT on JL. Sometimes AY via HEL. Are EK yet to release seats to QF?

    Has anyone seen this one before?: Logged on to cancel a classic rewards flight (BNE-PER-BNE) which is 36,000 points + $70 fees. The cancel page is proposing to issue a flight credit of $351. No points. WTF?
