Strange one today, went back to local petrol station with supp card after using main card there a couple of weeks ago (although no email or $10 until I called). Today they don't accept Amex as apparently the business changed owners yesterday. Amex gave me the $10 anyway and customer service...

The problem is the loophole where the purchases have not yet appeared on a statement, they may apply the payment to the purchases, but I don't see that they have to do so in the above conditions.

It's probably more that it sounds like you get more value. 1.5 points sounds like more than 1 point, even though the points are worth less... It's consumer psychology

I had this same error, but a couple of weeks later the priority pass pack arrived for my supp card holder, I think maybe it submits it twice when you click? Just wait and see what happens.

I'm not fussed about the points, but I am about the $195!
