Booking was through Travel Agent on SQ. I've checked the booking and our Velocity numbers are recorded. Should I keep our accounts linked aswell?

Anyone know how long it takes to transfer on the first instance? Points aren't in my Altitude account but haven't turned up in my Velocity either. In the dark hole somewhere since 12th May.

Slightly off topic but I pay my bills (AGL, SydWAter and Rates) that don't have AMEX option but have PostBillPay and select Paypal option then select AMEX as my pref credit card. I have Westpac AMEX and I get 3points per $1 wooohooo :)
