We arrived in napier with no booking but knowing what the rates were on Wotif. Our number 1 choice Nautilus was booked out. This one looked good so we checked in to their last King Spa studio unit-all units here face the water.Despite being the last unit we were not ripped off paying $NZ145 which was the wotif rate. The room was very comfortable. Some road noise but not disturbed during the night.our unit was on the top floor.Fortunately a lift-more like a converted dumb waiter and only took 2 people and a case.

All in all a good value stay and we were very happy with it.
