Velocity Gold - How many guests in Air NZ Lounge

Hi guys

I have Velocity Gold Status and am flying from Sydney to Christchurch on Air New Zealand in July. How many guests can I take into the lounge? Also, if a friend has Silver Status and has a complimentary pass can this be used in the Air NZ Lounge?

You can take 1 guest.

Comp passes can only be used in VA domestic lounges.
