Okay so most know my intense dislike of Virgin for various reasons, the main one being the constant schedule changes/flight cancellations..
As luck would have it, my next 2 upcoming flights with them in a few months have of course had the standard flight time change :shock:, and the flight now leaves approximately 1 hour later than what I have booked which doesn't work for me.
I haven't received the "schedule change" notifications yet, they only seem to come 3-4 weeks before the flight.
Last time I was on business rewards/business class tickets so just cancelled the flights with no penalty, this time one of the flights is in Economy so change/cancel fees are possible.
What has been the general ability of people to cancel/refund/change to an earlier flight when Virgin changes the flight timings ?
